01How does the 7-day free trial work?

Starter, Pro and Business start with a 7-day free trial. A card is required, nothing is charged during the trial, and you can cancel before it ends from Settings → Subscription.

02Can I cancel or change plan at any time?

Yes. Moving up applies right away and you only pay the difference for the rest of the period. Cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the period you paid for.

03How do AI credits work?

Each Kaptr AI request costs a fixed number of credits: 5 for Kaptr Fast, 15 for Kaptr Vision and 50 for Kaptr Agent, 2 per Ask AI question (8 with Thinking). Your plan's credits reset every billing cycle; credits you buy as a top-up never expire.

04How is a team billed?

Team comes with Pro and Business. Invite colleagues as admins, editors or viewers and edit team Kapboards together live. Each member is a seat on your plan, and every seat adds its AI credits to one shared wallet.

05What does the Free plan include?

1 Kapboard with up to 3 snapshots, browser extension capture, manual refresh, image downloads, private, shared and public Kapboards, embeds with the Kaptr watermark, 30 AI credits a month for Kaptr Fast and Kaptr Vision and Ask AI, and the API with 500 requests a month. No subscription, no time limit.

06Is there an API on every plan?

Yes. Every plan includes the Kaptr API, from 500 requests a month on Free to 50,000 on Business, with keys and an OpenAPI reference on the developers page.
