Insert one capture or a whole Kapboard. Before each meeting, click Refresh all.

Sheets, too
Paste a kaptr.me link in a cell to preview it. Link previews also work in Slides and Docs.
Only the open file
The add-on works only in the file you have open. It never reads your Drive, and Kaptr keeps no Google token and no file content.
