The core loop
Open a page, select the visual information you care about, send it to a Kaptr.me board, then refresh that snapshot later. The point is not to create another bookmark list; it is to keep the information itself in view.
- Capture a selected area, viewport or full page from the browser.
- Choose the destination dashboard.
- Arrange and annotate the snapshot.
- Refresh it later while preserving the board context.
What happens in the dashboard
A dashboard can contain multiple snapshots plus whiteboard context. You can move and resize cards, crop captures, organize boards, redesign the background, add icons, invite people, publish a link and use export/embed workflows where your plan allows.
Where AI fits
Kaptr AI is optional. Generate can search for sources and insert visual evidence into a dashboard. Ask AI reads selected dashboard snapshots and answers questions with links back to the visual context. Compatible AI-created snapshots can also store a cloud-refresh recipe.
