Frequently Asked Questions
What’s the 60-day cookie window?
When someone clicks your affiliate link, we track them for 60 days. If they sign up (even for free) within that period, you’ll earn commission when they upgrade to a paid plan. This is double the industry standard of 30 days!
How are my referrals tracked?
You get both a unique promo code (e.g. KAPTR-YOURNAME15) and a personalized affiliate link. Both are tracked automatically via FirstPromoter. Every sale using either method is credited to you.
When do I get paid?
Commissions are paid on the 30th of each month (7 days after month-end) once you reach €50 minimum. You can choose between Wise or bank transfer (IBAN). If you don’t reach €50, your balance rolls over to the next month.
How do I keep my license active?
Simple: bring at least 1 paying customer per month to keep your Starter license. Bring 20+ paying customers in a month to unlock Pro for the next 12 months. If you don’t bring any referrals for a month, you’ll revert to the freemium plan (but still earn commissions on existing customers).
What counts as a “paying customer”?
Anyone who signs up for a paid Kaptr.me plan (monthly or annual) using your promo code or affiliate link. Free signups don’t count towards your license renewal, but you’ll earn commission when they upgrade later.
Can I track my performance in real-time?
Yes! You have access to your FirstPromoter dashboard at kaptr.firstpromoter.com where you can see your referrals, conversions, commissions, and current ranking position in real-time.
